If you continue with the service, related messages, notes, invoices, and written summaries may also become part of the service record.
Basic technical information may be processed to deliver the site, keep it reliable, prevent abuse, and investigate errors. If you allow analytics, we may also measure pages viewed, general visit source, broad device or browser category, and interactions such as reaching or completing the request form. Form entries, incident descriptions, contact details, and uploaded files are not sent as analytics events.
Information is used to review your request, contact you, decide whether the service is appropriate, provide help you choose to receive, maintain necessary business and security records, prevent misuse, troubleshoot the site, and improve the clarity and usefulness of the request process.
Information may be handled by trusted service providers that support the website, communications, case records, payments, and security. They receive only the information needed for those tasks. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. Personal information is not sold.
Do not submit passwords, login or recovery codes, financial account credentials, full payment card numbers, government identifiers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive regulated data. Review screenshots and files before uploading them because they can contain information you did not intend to share.
Request and service records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
